GLP-1 Protocol
Appetite, cravings, and metabolic support for eligible patients starting with a focused incretin pathway.
Clinically supervised GLP-1/GIP protocols — personalized to your dose and physiology. Licensed providers, ongoing dose optimization, individually compounded for each patient.
Prescription treatment requires provider review. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved. A medical consultation is required to determine eligibility — not all patients qualify.

One flat monthly price per protocol — from $199. Provider visits, medication, supplies, and shipping included. Most GLP-1 programs raise your bill as your dose increases — we don’t. Final treatment depends on eligibility and provider review.
Which sounds like you?
Best for: clear weight-loss goals, higher BMI, or those who tolerate titration well.

Appetite, cravings, and metabolic support for eligible patients starting with a focused incretin pathway.

Dual-pathway metabolic support for eligible patients who may need a broader incretin approach.

A lower starting dose for gentler tolerability and easier on-ramping, on the same GLP-1 pathway.

A reduced-dose dual-pathway option for a softer escalation and metabolic support.
Final dose, schedule, and monthly cost are set by your provider based on your response — not a one-way door: many start with a microdose and step up, or drop to a microdose for maintenance. Prescription treatment requires an online medical consultation. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for patient-specific prescriptions and are not FDA-approved commercial products.
Most eligibility decisions start with body metrics, metabolic risk, health history, and medication safety.
No — labs are not required to place your order, as long as you can accurately and completely answer the medical-history questions during intake. Your provider reviews your history and prescribes when appropriate. If you have recent labs (within ~6 months) you may upload them, and a provider can still recommend a panel in some cases, but lab work is optional and not a prerequisite to begin. Labs are never required for the GLP-1 program. If you choose to add an optional lab panel, it’s priced separately and shown on our Labs page before you order.
Compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications are patient-specific prescription medications prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies when clinically appropriate. They are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®, and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Important context: Compounded medications are prepared on a per-prescription basis under provider supervision, and a provider determines whether this pathway is appropriate for you based on your medical history.
No. You only pay if a provider determines you're eligible and writes a prescription. The intake itself is free, and there's no charge if you don't qualify or if you change your mind before your first shipment is dispatched.
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal — nausea, constipation, or diarrhea — particularly during dose increases. Most resolve within 1–2 weeks. The titration ladder we use is designed to ease the adjustment period by letting your body acclimate gradually. Your provider will adjust your dose if side effects are persistent.
Yes. Your program is a simple monthly subscription with no long-term contract and no cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account. The only thing we can't reverse is an order that's already been processed at the pharmacy, since compounded prescriptions can't be returned.
No. Your flat monthly rate covers dose adjustments within your protocol — the price you see in month one is your price in month twelve. The only time your price changes is if you and your provider switch protocols (for example, microdose to standard), and you’ll see the new rate before anything changes.
The program price includes your provider consultation and medication, plus prescription writing, dose adjustments, fulfillment from a licensed 503A pharmacy, and ongoing provider access for questions or side-effect management. Free shipping is included on every order, nationwide. Your flat monthly rate stays the same as your dose is adjusted within your protocol — no labs required, nothing else to buy.
Yes. You'll get order-status updates and shipment tracking by email at every step — when your prescription is reviewed, when the pharmacy fills it, and when it ships — so you always know where your order is. Everything is also visible in your account.
Everything you need is included. Your medication ships with all required supplies — nothing extra to buy, and no per-order shipping fee. Free shipping is included on every order.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. A medical consultation is required to determine eligibility, and not all patients qualify. Service availability varies by state. Treatment decisions are made by a licensed provider based on medical history, current medications, contraindications, and available lab context when needed.

GLP-1 receptor agonist. Reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying, and improves insulin sensitivity.
Dual GIP + GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activates two appetite-regulating pathways for additive metabolic effects.
A lower-dose GLP-1 protocol designed for tolerability — easing in gradually or maintaining results with a lighter touch.
A lower-dose dual GIP + GLP-1 protocol for people who want the two-pathway approach with a gentler escalation.
Final dose, schedule, and monthly cost are determined by your provider based on your response. All protocols — standard and microdose — ship as 30-day fills. Not a one-way door — many patients start with a microdose and step up, or reach a goal on a standard protocol and drop to a microdose for maintenance.
Most adults qualify for at least one program. The intake takes about 5 minutes and includes a health questionnaire, body metrics, and recent labs (we'll order them if you don't have any).
A medical consultation is required to determine eligibility. Not all patients qualify for compounded GLP-1 therapy.
You meet either of these criteria — most patients qualify under #1:
No clinic visits. No insurance hassles. Three steps from start to first shipment.
Answer a 5-minute health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, body metrics, and goals.
A licensed provider reviews your intake, may request a brief async consult or video visit, and writes your prescription if you qualify. You'll never pay for a denied prescription.
Your medication ships from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy with everything you need — vial, syringes, and dosing instructions.
