Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains when payments for medications, laboratory panels, supplements, consultations, and memberships are eligible for a refund. Because we provide prescription medications and clinical services, some items cannot be returned once dispensed or rendered, as required by law.

1. Overview
Reach Peak Life Inc. ("Reach Peak Life," "we," "us") operates as a management services organization supporting a technology and administrative platform. Prescription medications are dispensed by our independent licensed pharmacy partner, laboratory testing is fulfilled by an independent laboratory partner, and clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers. This policy describes the refund treatment for each category of product and service offered through the platform.
This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service. Where a specific product page, order confirmation, or provider agreement states more specific terms, those terms control for that transaction.
2. Prescription Medications (Including Compounded Medications)
For safety, quality-assurance, and legal reasons, prescription medications — including compounded medications — cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been shipped or dispensed. Federal and state pharmacy laws prohibit the resale or re-dispensing of prescription medications that have left the pharmacy's control, and no restocking or partial refund is available for shipped medication.
If your medication order has been placed but has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation. If the order has not yet entered pharmacy processing, we will cancel it and refund the medication charge in full. Once an order has entered pharmacy processing or shipment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you receive a medication that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. These situations are handled directly with the dispensing pharmacy and are addressed through replacement or refund at the pharmacy's discretion, consistent with applicable law.
3. Consultation and Provider Service Fees
Fees for clinical consultations, provider reviews, and telehealth visits are earned when the service is rendered and are generally non-refundable once the consultation or provider review has taken place, because the licensed provider has already performed the service.
If you paid for a consultation that has not yet occurred, you may request a refund of that consultation fee before the visit or provider review takes place.
4. Laboratory Panels
Laboratory panels are fulfilled by an independent laboratory partner. A laboratory order that has not yet been activated or used to collect a sample may be eligible for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
Once a laboratory requisition has been activated, a sample has been collected, or results have been released, the laboratory panel is non-refundable, as the testing service has been performed.
5. Supplements
Unopened supplement products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened, used, or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
To be considered, supplement return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Supplements are fulfilled through a third-party dispensing partner, and refund eligibility is subject to that partner's handling of the returned item.
6. Case-by-Case Partial Refunds and Restocking Fee
Except for prescription medications (which are non-refundable once shipped or dispensed) and services already rendered, refund requests are evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis. Where a partial refund is granted for an eligible non-medication item, a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price applies. The restocking fee does not apply to, and no refund is available for, prescription medications that have shipped.
Approval of a partial refund in one instance does not obligate us to approve a refund in any other instance.
7. Memberships and Subscriptions
Recurring memberships or subscription plans may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops charges for future billing periods; it does not retroactively refund charges already incurred for the current or prior periods, and medications or services already provided during a paid period remain non-refundable under the sections above.
To cancel a membership or subscription, contact us using the details below before your next billing date.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email Care@reachpeaklife.com or call 303-848-4224 with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. Refunds for medication-related charges are processed through the applicable merchant of record for that transaction.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date below.
